A. Consider approving and accepting all of the bids received for emulsions for our 2024
Sealing Project, so we have the flexibility to use whichever vendor is available when
the material is needed.

10:00 A.M. IX. ROBBIE WEISS – LYON COUNTY FACILITIES.
A. Consider approving the quote from Schumann Electric for the Breaker Replacement for
a total of $30,185.95 to be paid from account [017-00-9021].
10:15 A.M. X. ROXANNE VAN GUNDY – LCECC.
A. Consider approving to pay $2,730.00 to Clifford Power for generator maintenance on 3
radio tower sites. This is an annual expense using 911 funds, not taxpayer dollars. To be
paid from account [019-00-7600].
B. Consider approving sending Roxy VanGundy and supervisors Sarah Jensen and Selena
Ayer to the NENA National Conference in Orlando, FL, June 28 – July 3, 2024. Spending
not to exceed $6,200.00 to be paid from account [019-00-7410 and 7420]. This is utilizing
911 funds, not taxpayer dollars.

A. Consider approving the Certification of the Presidential Preference Primary Election for
reimbursement from the State of Kansas.
