                                   A.  Consider approving attending the NENA’s Standards and Best Practices Conference as a

                                        presenter for mental health and wellness in Clearwater, FL January 14-19, 2024. Spending

                                        not to exceed $3,200.00 to be paid from funds [019-00-7410] and [019-00-7420]. This is

                                        utilizing 911 funds, not taxpayer dollars.

9:30 A.M.          VII.   JIM BRULL – LYON COUNTY ASSISTANT ENGINEER.

                                    A.  Consider approving the quote from The Railroad Yard for culvert material for $38,461.25

                                          to be paid from the Special Bridge Fund [033-00-8221].

                                    B.  Consider approving the request from the City of Americus for closing Main Street (Road F

                                         or Americus Road) from Walnut Street through Broadway Street on December 2, 2023,

                                         from 6:00PM to 8:00PM for their Christmas Parade. The city is to provide the necessary

                                         barricades.

                                    A.  Consider approving the invoice from Traffic Control Services, Inc. for the upfitting of

                                         Vehicle #17 for a total of $14,527.61. $3,721.25 to be paid from account [010-17-7602]

                                         and $10,806.36 to be paid from account [017-00-9031].

                                   B.  Consider approving the invoice from Traffic Control Services, Inc. for the upfitting of

                                        Vehicles #2, #4, #12, #14, and #15 for a total of $80,578.30. $59,234.55 to be paid from

                                        account [017-00-9031] and $21,343.75 to be paid from account [010-17-7602].
