A. Consider approving Change Order #11: Relocate support structure for air handling unit
due to increased crane depth in Shop Building; Add $1,900.29.
B. Consider approving Change Order #12: Upgrade plastic safety mezzanine chains to steel
safety chains; Add $203.91.
C. Consider approving Change Order #13: Corrective Work: Remove non-FEMA rated door at
IT Room and install new FEMA rated door, due to design discrepancy by BG; Upon approval
of change order, BG shall reimburse the County $3,828.00 for this corrective work; Add
$9,713.00.
