A. Consider approving the low bid for Structural Steel Beams that were received at 1:30PM
on Tuesday, November 14, 2023.
9:35 A.M. VIII. JIM BRULL & DAN WILLIAMS – LY. CO. HWY DEPT. & BRUCE BOETTCHER – BG CONSULTANTS.
A. Consider approving Change Order #11: Relocate support structure for air handling unit
due to increased crane depth in Shop Building; Add $1,900.29.
B. Consider approving Change Order #12: Upgrade plastic safety mezzanine chains to steel
safety chains; Add $203.91.
C. Consider approving Change Order #13: Corrective Work: Remove non-FEMA rated door
at IT Room and install new FEMA rated door, due to design discrepancy by BG; Upon
approval of change order, BG shall reimburse the County $3,828.00 for this corrective
work; Add $9,713.00.
