VII. CHIP WOODS – LYON COUNTY ENGINEER.
A. Consider approving the request from Kim Myers for closing the 700 Block of Main Street in Americus, being County Road “F” or the Americus Road, from 3:00PM to 8:00PM on Sunday, October 30, 2022, for a Trunk or Treat event to include the Americus Fire Department chili and hot dog feed. The City of Americus will provide the necessary barricades.
B. Consider approving the entrance application for Tillman Infrastructure in the 1955 area of County Road 170 (Old-Old Highway 50).

A. Consider approving to pay the City of Emporia $24,407.02 for Spillman/Motorola maintenance as well as LCECC’s 1/3rd of the firewall replacement for the 2022-2023 year to be paid from account [019-00-7600].
B. Consider approving Director VanGundy to attend the central states Spillman users group meeting on Nov 14th – 17th in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Spending not to exceed $1,000, to be paid from accounts [019-00-7410] and [019-00-7420].
