• JDAC on Tuesday
• Oct 12 is the Senior Life Fair at the Anderson Building
• Will contact Denise Gilligan and let her know that the County Commission will be present on Friday September 16 at 11:30am to talk at the local government constitution day and the role they play. No response from the city yet to attend.

Commissioner Peck:
• Attended the Community Corrections meeting Tuesday at noon

Commissioner Briggs:
• No report

Deputy Jackson:
• No report

Counselor Goodman:
• JDAC on Tuesday
• Attorneys that are in office on Friday will attend Judge Wheelers reception

Controller Williams:
• Sales tax for August is up

Public comment: Linda Forbes, would like a Cast Vote Record to show transparency for voters. Christy Johnson would also like a CVR for the citizens of Lyon County and to show Election transparency. Deanne Howell would like transparency and election integrity. She would like to see better camera on the drop box in the parking lot or to have it removed. She had questions about priorities of money spent for security.

Motion: To move to Non-Elected Personnel Executive Session with Commissioners only to return at 9:40 a.m. Martin/Briggs 3-0
