Mark McKenna presented Commissioners with bids for replacing grease interceptor. Burnap Brother, Inc. came in for low bid, in the amount of $10,125.00 to be paid from fund 017-00-9021.

Ben Sachs and Jim Brull presented Commissioners with closing Locust Street (Road 240) on June 4th, 2021 from 6:00AM to 6:00PM, June 5th from 6:00AM until 2:00AM on Sunday June 6th for the Unbound Gravel race.

Ryan Janzen presented Commissioners with the 2021 Certification of Values.

Rob McDonald with Madison Telephone, Josh Reese with S&A Telephone providing service in the Allen Admire area, and Randy H. with WheatState Technologies, serve Olpe area were able to answer Commissioners questions about broadband technologies. They spoke about the high-cost areas which are not being served currently in the rural areas.

Renee Hively presented Commissioner with a Public Health update for Lyon County.
Renee updated with current Covid numbers. Expecting a slow increase when school starts back in the fall. She also spoke about the clinics being held and how you can schedule a vaccine with health department.
