Public Controlled Substance Disposal

Both CVS Pharmacy located at 1215 Merchant St, Emporia, KS and Wal-Mart Pharmacy at 2301 Industrial Road, Emporia, KS are the only registered Public Controlled Substance Disposal locations currently registered with the US Drug Enforcement Agency. Any unwanted or unused prescription medication can be taken to CVS or Wal-Mart during normal business hours.
