Ryan Janzen presented Commissioners with a request to consider attending a conference in Las Vegas.
Motion: To Approve Ryan Janzen attending the GIS/Valuation Technologies Conference in Las Vegas, NV, April 3rd through 6th for an amount not to exceed $800.00 with related expenses coming from Funds 010-25-7421 and 010-25-7420. Peck/Duft 3-0
Chip Woods presented Commissioners with a request to consider closing Road 240 during the Flint Hills Gravel Ride event.
Motion: To Approve the request from the City of Americus for Locust Street (Road 240) to be closed from Main Street, East through Fifth Street on Friday, April 7, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. through Saturday, April 8, 2023, at 10:00 p.m. for the Flint Hills Gravel Ride Event. Martin/Duft 3-0

Tammy Vopat presented Commissioners with a request to consider the invoice from the Kansas Secretary of State for the voter registration user fees.
Motion: To Approve the invoice from the Kansas Secretary of State for the 2023 ELVIS annual cost in the amount of $7,100.00 to be paid from Fund 010-21-7600. Duft/Martin 3-0
