Tobey Kelly presented Commissioners with a request to consider the purchase of 6 2023 Ram Double Cab 4X4 trucks from Clint Bowyer Autoplex for a total of $237,713.70 to be paid from Fund 017-00-9016.
Motion: To Approve the quote from Clint Bowyer Autoplex for six 2023 Dodge Ram Double Cab 4×4 trucks in the amount of $237,713.70, to be paid from Fund 017-00-9016. Peck/Briggs 3-0
Note: Replacement vehicles will be offered for sale.
Controller Williams presented Commissioners with a request to consider a Resolution to Waive GAAP Requirements in K.S.A. 75-1120; KCAMP insurance premium and the Kansas Workers Risk Cooperative for Counties premium.
Motion: To Adopt Resolution 1-23, a Resolution waiving the Generally Accepted Accounting Practices (GAAP) Requirements in K.S.A. 75-1120. Martin/Briggs 3-0
Motion: To Approve the KCAMP 2023 Annual Premium in the amount of $372,389.00 to be paid from Fund 053-00-7233. Briggs/Peck 3-0
Motion: To Approve the 2023 Kansas Workers Risk Cooperative for Counties Premium in the amount of $209,644.00, to be paid from Fund 010-58-7236. Martin/Briggs 3-0
Note: This is for worker’s compensation insurance.

• I plan to attend the Lyon County Extension Board meeting.
• Retirement reception for Commissioner Briggs is this afternoon at 2:00 p.m. Thank you to Commissioner Briggs.
• Attended the Fair Board meeting.
