Shane Brunner presented Commissioner with a request to consider the Certification of Local Funding Sources for Operating/Administrative Assistance and authorize signature; consider approving the Local Matching Funds for LCAT.

Motion: To Approve the Certification of Local Funding Sources for Operating / Administrative Assistance and authorize Shane Brunner signature authority grant submission. Martin/Briggs 3-0

Motion: To Approve the Local Matching Funds for the Lyon County Area Transportation in the amount of $276,235.00 to be paid from Fund 010-63/64 for Fiscal Year 2024. Briggs/Martin 3-0

Reports
Commissioner Martin:
• There was no JEDAC meeting this week
• Wednesday I will attend the WSU tour
• Received a refund on insurance premium for loss ratio under 20%

Commissioner Peck:
• Last Thursday I attended the graduation ceremony for supervisor training. Congratulations to those we graduated.

Commissioner Briggs:
• No report.

Clerk Vopat
• The 2022 tax roll is complete and has been sent to the Treasurer.
• Today is the public test of the election equipment.
• I will hold two training sessions for election board workers tomorrow.
• The Canvass of the 2022 General Election is scheduled for Tuesday, November 15th at 9:00 a.m.

Counselor Goodman:
• Thursday I also attended the supervisor training graduation.
• RDA meeting is scheduled for the 18th.

Controller Williams:
• Met with Jim Witt last week.
• Meeting with IMA and BCBS this afternoon.
