Shane Brunner presented Commissioners with a request to consider signing a letter of support for a grant for LCAT.

Motion: To Approve signing a Letter of Support for the LCAT public transportation grant application for capital and operating assistance. Martin/Peck 3-0

Personnel changes: no action taken.

Permits: no action taken.

Jarom and Melanie Smith presented Commissioners with a request to consider the use of the parking area around the Lyon County bus facility.

Clerk Vopat presented Commissioners with a request to consider the invoice from Komtek Systems Corporation in the amount of $25,979.00 to be paid from Fund 010-02-7669.

Motion: To move to Non-Elected Personnel Executive Session with Commissioners and Counselor Goodman, to return at 9:45 a.m. Martin/Briggs 3-0
