Motion: To Approve Warrants Payable 4-29-2022 in the amount of $130,247.47. Peck/Briggs 3-0

Motion: To Approve Payroll Payable 4-29-2022 in the amount of $322,360.72. Martin/Briggs 3-0

Motion: To Approve Payroll Withholdings Payable 4-29-2022 in the amount of $206,828.04.

Commissioners discussed a signing a proclamation for ECKAN for community action.

Motion: To Proclaim May 2022 as Community Action Month for ECKAN. Martin/Peck 3-0

Motion: To Approve cancelling Purchase Order #11965 dated 11-30-2021 to Schneider Geospatial, LLC with an amount remaining of $2,550.00 for GeoPermits Portal Development and 1-year Prorated Hosting. Schneider Corp decreased upfront cost, so this amount is no longer owed. Briggs/Martin 3-0

Ryan Janzen presented Commissioner with a request to attend the IAAO Conference in Boston, MA.

Motion: To Approve Ryan Janzen attending the August 2022 IAAO Conference in Boston, MA in an amount not to exceed $1,100.00 with related expenses to be paid from Fund 010-25-7421 and 010-25-7420 as appropriate. Peck/Briggs 3-0
Ryan will self-fund half of the cost of the conference.

Reports
Commissioner Martin:
• I attended the Newman Regional Health luncheon meeting
• Attended the Council on Aging meeting
• Next week is the JEDAC meeting
• Received calls regarding bridges in the county

Commissioner Peck:
• I attended the Newman Regional Health luncheon meeting
• I participated in the Honor Flight which was very rewarding. The young adults who accompanied us were absolutely, awesome

Commissioner Briggs:
• On Monday I attended the Crosswinds Annual meeting
• I was unable to attend the Newman Regional Health meeting

Clerk Vopat:
• I will attend the KCC/EOA Conference in Salina next week. Deputy Joe Torres will record the minutes of the meeting in my absence

Counselor Goodman:
• JEDAC meeting is coming up on Tuesday
• I was unable to attend the Newman Regional Health meeting

Controller Williams:
• Sales tax numbers are up
• Reported the quarterly ARP accounting
