Chip Woods presented Commissioners with a request to consider a quote for a used backhoe, an entrance application on Road 130 and consider contracting private trucks to haul hot mix asphalt.

Motion: To Approve the quote from Foley Equipment Company for a used 2019 Cat 330FL10 Trackhoe and trade in our 2008 Cat 324 DL Trackhoe for a total cost of $170,275.00 to be paid from Fund 017-00-9026.
