Public comment: Bill Smith commented about the drainage on his field. There were dikes installed by the Corp of Engineers on the adjoining landowner. Mr. Smith is requesting Commissioners to consider installing a culvert to help with the flooding on his field.
Jim Brull presented Commissioners with a request to consider the report from the NRCS for a drainage issue in the 800 block of dead-end Road 225 due to a diversion terrace project for Bill Smith. Jim also presented the crushed rock report and the expense comparison report.
