John Koelsch presented Commissioners with a request to consider two quotes for vehicle parts for the Sheriff’s Office fleet.
Motion: To Approve the quote from Traffic Control Services, INC., in the amount of $13,039.56 for vehicle parts for Truck #10, $9,803.31 to be paid from Fund 017-00-9031 and $3,236.25 to be paid from Fund 010-17-7602. Briggs/Peck 3-0

Chip Woods presented Commissioners with a request to consider signing the project manual for the deck replacement on bridge 50.

Motion: To Adopt Resolution 26-21, a Resolution Establishing a Weight Limit on Certain Bridges.

Public comment: Melissa McAllister commented on empathy for the people of Lyon County and questions people have. Melissa questioned elections and would like to get answers through an affidavit.

• January 11th is the Annual Fair Board Meeting.

Clerk Vopat:
• Completed the 2021 General Election Canvass. Thank you to those who worked in making the election a success. I appreciate the dedication and commitment of my staff and election board workers.
• There has been a document submitted for a recount which will take place oat noon today and the results will be certified to the Board of Canvassers at 4:00 p.m. today.
Counselor Goodman:
• RDA meeting is Friday.
