A. Consider approving all the cutback asphalt bids received for 2020 so we can obtain asphalt from any of the vendors as needed.

B. Consider approving Lyon County Highway Department to sign Benesch’s letter of agreement for the 2020 annual routine bridge inspection of structure 951.0-524.7 and three (3) inventory inspections and load ratings for a sum of $9,000.00. To be paid from fund [033-00-7601].

C. Review the Lyon County Engineer’s annual report for 2019.
