  2. B.     Approve Warrants Payable 04/19/2013 in the amount of $102,882.36.
  3. C.    Approve the bid for herbicides for the Noxious Weed Department from the Van Diest Supply Company for $153,844.35.
  4. D.    Approve the chairman signing the Department of Community Corrections FY2014 Comp Plan and operating budget for their KDOC Grant.
  5. E.     Approve Community Corrections to contract with Helen Harberts in the amount of $1,947.00 to facilitate a drug court retreat for probation officers, treatments providers and the drug court judge to be paid from Fund 12.
