ALL EVENTS

Deposit  $1000.00*

Fees that need to be paid at least 2 weeks prior to the Event are as follows;

Use Fee

$200/Event Hour and $50/Setup/Cleanup Hour
or
$1000.00 = A 6 hour event and 8 free Setup/Cleanup Hours
$300.00 per hour more than 6 hours
No events past 12:00 am

Security Fees

$30.00 per man hour
i.e. 5 men equals $150.00 per hour for 6 hours is $900.00

Optional Cleaning Fee    $200.00

Optional Use of Onsite Coke Machine Fee   $150.00
(flavors include Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, and Mr. Pibb)

  • Tables(36-5ft rounds and 15-8ft banquet tables), Chairs(290 mesh folding chairs), Drink Bar, Service bar, and Catering Kitchen.
  • Audio/Visual Capabilities, Coke product dispenser, Beer dispenser
  • Fire Pit available for use
*Must be made to reserve the facility
**Must be approved by Staff

Acceptable forms of payment are Cashier’s Checks, Money Orders, or Business Checks.
