Staff Appraiser ($14.65-$23.00)

Lyon County Appraisers Office is seeking applications for a full-time Appraiser I, Appraiser II, or Appraiser III position, level dependent on applicant's qualifications. The position is responsible for the collection and analysis of data, and subsequent establishment of specific real property values in the county, and act as a hearing officer with property owners regarding the valuation of their property. Experience with the Legacy and/or Orion CAMA System is required. Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently with the ability to speak a foreign language helpful. Must possess a valid Kansas driver's license and pass drug/physical tests.
